Tixigo service fees

The service fees are 5% of the ticket price (maximum of 2.95$). You can hide the costs and therefore absorb them or have them paid by your customers. When paid by the customer, the amount of the fee will be clearly indicated in the ticket office.

Fees are collected on each transaction automatically by our payment partner (Stripe). Fees are fully refunded when you cancel and refund an order paid online in full (100%) in one transaction.

A negotiated flat rate pricing agreement is also possible with separate billing. Contact us to chat about it.

Use of Tixigo to manage reservations without charge (free) or paid for other than by Tixigo (using Stripe) is 0.75$ per ticket. Setup with a customized look based on your organization’s branding and tranning included for free.

Reduced or free pricing for certain organizations (social, charitable or other vocation). Contact us to chat about it.

The fees are subject to taxes for the merchant, but also refundable so there is no fiscal impact.

Transaction fees

We work with the Stripe payment platform to process your transactions. This PCI Level 1 certified company ensures the security and confidentiality of your customers’ bank data.

Transaction fees of 2.9% + $ 0.30 will be charged to you by Stripe for an online payment and 2.7% + 0.05$ for an in-person payment using a Stripe terminal. 0.6% surcharge for foreign cards. Interac fees are 0.15$ per transaction. These costs are invisible to your customers. No setup or monthly fees. Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and American Express cards are accepted, as well as debit cards identified with the Visa or Mastercard logo.

Subject to your qualification with Stripe as a federally registered charity, the fee will be reduced to 2.2% + $ 0.30. If your monthly sales exceed $ 80,000 you are eligible for a rate reduction.

The net amount of a transaction will be available in your bank account 14 days after the transaction. Subject to change from Stripe – this timeframe was 7 days before the pandemic, so it is already factoring in the situation. Stripe fees are a bit higher than other providers, but they serve to offset the risk of paying customers quickly.

Fees are non-refundable.
