Preset Tixipass

The passport is designed by the group of partners
Many passports may be offered containing different offers
The passport presentation is flexible:
- Individual, the client can purchase one or many passports but only one type at a time during the transaction
- Multiple, the client can purchase different types of passports in one single transaction
- Or a combination of both

How it works for the customer?

He accesses the passport ticket office of the group via various websites or social media
The passport ticket office lists all the passports offered by the group
He selects a passport and how many he would like to purchase
He finalises the purchase
A confirmation e-mail is received along with the receipt and the passport tickets
One Tixipass ticket per attraction/activity is emitted per passport
He reserves his access for each attraction according to what follows

Partner with online payment

The attraction’s ticket office must offer tickets without charge for passport holders. This allows to reserve places online and to purchase the other required tickets if needed.

Technical note – Tixigo offers an API that allows another ticket office program to validate that the client possesses valid passport tickets (not scanned, nor blocked) and to block them once the transaction is complete in order to avoid being used in other transactions.
